Use a piece of string, wool, or cut a narrow piece of paper.
Put it around your wrist, where you usually wear the bracelet.
Where the rope joins the other end make a mark with a marker. Make sure that the rope fits well to your wrist, do not tighten too much, but do not leave margin either.
To finish, use a ruler to measure the piece of string from the end to the mark you have made with the marker.
