Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within a period of 7 business days from the receipt of the product, without the need for justification. To exercise this right, please contact us by email at taller@tasmania.cat before the deadline expires.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once the product is received and its condition is verified, we will proceed to refund the amount paid within the legally established timeframe.

Exceptions

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Products that are not returned in their original packaging or in perfect condition.

Defective Products

If you receive a product with any manufacturing defect, please contact us at taller@tasmania.cat and we will take care of repairing or replacing it at no additional cost to you.
