Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms regulate the relationship between Jordi Falguera (NIF 35064998A), residing at Carrer Corró 21, 08401 Granollers (Barcelona), operating under the trading name Tasmània, taller de joieria, and the users who purchase products through www.tasmania.cat.

Products and Prices

The prices indicated include the applicable VAT. Tasmània reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the price in effect at the time of purchase will apply.

Purchase Process

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. The sales contract is formalized at the moment we confirm your order.

Payment Methods

We accept bank transfers, credit and debit cards, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are carried out via a secure SSL connection.

Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. The maximum delivery time is 30 days from the order confirmation. We do not ship to PO Boxes or non-permanent addresses.

Warranty

All products come with a legal 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, in accordance with current Spanish legislation.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
